Starting at our root Tantra offers an alchemical path that brings more consciousness and opening into our sexuality, sensuality and intimacy and the way we relate. Tantra is the path of love, of surrender, a deep relaxation into the heart and the union of the dance between the masculine and feminine principals within us. I especially love to share Tantra for woman, gathering in the feminine circle and sharing old wisdom around womanhood. Within the feminine principal and a woman’s body lies a sensual and untamed intelligence, deeply connected to mother earth, that enriches heart and spirit and allows women to bloom from within. It is a call to rise out of collective female conditioning and remember our essence, a tender and fierce loving presence within ourselves.

Creative processes, our voice, dance and movement are direct doorways to our being, powerful tools for lasting transformation that open us to be informed by something bigger. The reconnection to nature and the elements and the remembering of our ancestral roots and their wisdom is present in rituals and prayer that are woven into the workshops. They help us to find purpose, a sense of belonging and create a safe ground to walk our earth walk.
