Wild at Heart Tantra

Tantra is an ancient, spiritual tradition from India. Other than most religions or spiritual path Tantra didn’t condemn anything. It didn’t define the body as inpure and it didn’t repress sensuality and sexuality. The tantric path is the one of Oneness and it’s techniques and practices were designed to transcend the dualistic perception of good and bad and sacred and profane. Hence a small amount of the techniques were of sexual nature using the body as a tool to experience the beyond. Once Tantra came to the occident it mainly became a “spiritual” approach to sexuality.

Tantra is the path of love, the path of surrender and of acceptance, it is a deep relaxation into the heart.

What we offer in our workshops is a blend of techniques, meditations and teachings around love, alive sensuality and sexuality and conscious relating. In a safe space old wounds and trauma can heal and new boundaries can be explored. So we can grow beyond fears, shame and guilt, be present in the moment with what is and expand into the our essence and the tantric heart.

Tantra starts with ourselves. We discover patterns and conditionings of how we relate to ourselves and to others and how we can stay open in connection. By experiencing how to become more sensitive, how to open our senses, our energetic pathways and emotions we can experience and expand pleasure and ecstasy in our bodies; this begins with ourselves. The relaxation into love inside of our skin prepares us to meet a partner in a conscious way. Exercises teach us communication tools and how to channel or rather allow energies to create a love flow with yourself and with a partner. Bringing healing and awareness to our love and sexual life gives space for more life force to flow through us and live life more fully.

“Tantra is about truly loving
and embracing all of life, and
through this love remembering
our essence, the divine.
Tantra is a life path. How we
make love is how we create
the life we lead and vice versa.”

OSHO

  • “Raaji and Karam not only provided a beautiful introduction into the art of Tantra but demonstrated an expansive, divine, and wholly embracing way to lead life. Their workshop encompassed everything from partner work to exercises with solely the self: a component so crucial to wake up the body and soul and to learn all the ways they say hello. This workshop empowers the individual with knowledge and instruction while also encouraging acceptance for the entire process within oneself and uncovering the conditioning that can hide the deep knowing each of us have. Raaji and Karam create a sacred and holy space with their presence and knowledge that allows the open individual to flourish, shift, and grow within themselves and those around them. If any person has even the smallest inclination that this workshop might be for them, my advice would be to trust, let go, and say yes.”

  • "Raaji and Karam truly embody what it means to be each others Twin Flame.  I was fascinated how seamlessly they wove together their Tantra teachings, it was as if there was only one continuous voice.  Their honest love for themselves, each other and the collective was immediately felt by me.  Having lived in New York City for most of my adult life and then traveling around the world, it was extremely important for me to feel safe and held while exploring the practices of Tantra for the first time.  Gratefully, Raaji and Karam are well aware of the importance of people’s need for safety and they held a space that allowed for exploration, growth, nurturing, comfort and fun!
I am blessed to have experienced special moments with these two magnificent teachers and practicing what they have shared has brought my consciousness, expression and feelings of love to whole other dimension."

  • "I’ve attended a few workshops with Raaji and Karam and I would highly recommend anything that they do. The Tantra 2 workshop was hugely warm, deep, playful and definitely boundary pushing, but in a very safely held space. There is something special about the dynamic that Raaji and Karam have together. It invites masks to drop, vulnerabilities to surface and genuine growth to happen."

  • "I have experienced this group three times and every time I explore deeper depths and experience more of who I really. The first time I did this group, without doubt, it saved my relationship. And we are now married, with a little one. Raaji and Karam teach and guide with such authenticity and transparent honesty, and I am grateful to have been shown this path by such an inspiring duo"

My partner Karam

Half Vietnamese and half French, Karam was born in France. With a deep desire to work with people for a better world, he trained as an economist, specialising in rural development in under-developed countries and worked for a collective of French NGO’s in former east Zaire, now Congo, in central Africa.

Profoundly deluded by the reality of economic and humanitarian cooperation he encountered there, and “romantically heart broken” he “cast off” and followed another passion of his : sailing. For the next few years he sailed halfway around the world, mainly on old sailing boats. A need for more “inner” adventures brought him to an Ashram in India in 1988, where he was introduced to the world of Osho, meditation, communication, emotional and body oriented therapy. A new world open for him.

In the early 90’s he settled to create a family in Switzerland and trained in Gestalt, integrative psychotherapy and systematic approach. Soon after, he collaborated for 5 years with a private psychosomatic clinic in Switzerland, leading daily group therapy with people in crisis, gaining a solid experience in the field. He then worked in a long term residential structure for 9 teenagers, who, for different motives, had to separate from their family. At the same time he started co-leading workshops and personal trainings based on Neo-Tantra, sacred sexuality and intimacy in Paris. He also trained in somatic experiencing, a cutting edge approach to understanding and healing trauma.

In 2008 he was invited to work in PachaMama, Costa Rica, a unique alternative spiritual community where he now lives half of the year together with his partner Raaji. He is their senior therapist, leading a wide variety of groups: Primal, Tantra, somatic healing oriented groups and the Growing in Love Process. These groups are therapy based, oriented towards the realisation of the unique human potential which lies within each of us beyond the limitations of personal history, social conditionings, traumas and beliefs.
He also leads workshops in Europe and North America.
